The item is way too small. I highly recommend sizing up like two times…. Material sucks didn’t get here until way late as well as there is no returns so I spent $70 on freaking nothing

Nice coat but a flaw in the seam
The coat was delivered on time and looks exactly as expected. The coat is cozy, warm, and soft to wear. The outside design also looks great. However the seam thread at the bottom left corner of the jacket began to start coming out after wearing it only once. Now I have about 3 inches of the fabric with the raw edge out that I’ll need to repair. I didn’t do anything to cause this other than sit outside on my balcony.

Order got lost in transit
Order got lost in transit. It took a month to get this resolved talking back and forth. First they told me to contact the shipper for it to get investigated. UPS told me to then talk to the "shipper" to get resolved, and they didn't even have any info about my order. Electro Threads then tried to give me back store credit to place a new order, even though I got my order on sale. I told them to just send me a new order. Another week went by and they finally placed a new one saying it'll be on the priority list. It's been 13 days now and it hasn't shipped, so not much of a priority. I placed this original order back in July on the 17th and now going into October. They took way too long to figure out the proper solution. Customer service and efficiency needs to be improved greatly, and also their relationship with UPS. All way too complicated and very difficult to deal with. Hopefully my order ships soon otherwise I'll have to send another email to them! Fingers crossed 🤞🏻 UPDATE - they told me my cloak was going to be shipped out on Oct 2 but it never shipped, then they said they are having a problem with their shipping system and need an access key from UPS. Another week has gone by and still nothing. Apparently it takes over a week to get this access key. When will this agony end?

I havent received my cloak yet and I'm wondering if I'll ever get it. I ordered it in June 13 and it's now September. Its really hard to give a rating when I don't even know what's going on with my product.

I ordered this just 2 weeks before Bonnaroo. In the confirmation email(and I’m sure other places) it said shipping can be over a month because these are hand made to order. Fast forward to the day before we leave I have a package on my doorstep. Shipping was great. Quality is amazing. And it is so comfy cozy. I will probably never bring it to Bonnaroo again, too hot. But other shows later in the year it will definitely make an appearance!
