I have been making personal orders from Element vapes for years and they have gone through a journey with their delivery service but I can now order confidently knowing that I will receive my order in no later than a week bc I’m several states away. It used to take up to 28 business days a year ago and it makes a huge difference. The website is pretty easy to use and although they have some of the best prices around, I do wish they had more deals in juices and SMOK replacement coils which what I mostly shop for.
Great selection, solid communication with customer service, and timely shipping. I am getting back into the hobby and will exclusively order from Element Vape from now on. Thank you so much!

Good prices, but the taxes and fees are killing me
Good prices and reasonably fast shipping, but the shipping fee, age verification fee, NC sales tax, and NC Vape tax are killing me. A recent order for $25.98 came to $54.69 after all the taxes and fees:

I paid for faster shipping and didn't get it.
I paid for faster shipping and it still took the maximum amount of time to reach me. It took them 4 days to ship it and it will take 5 days to get to me. Thats outside the 3-8 day shipping window.
I had a great experience ordering from this company. This is my second time ordering a refill for my vape, and both experiences have been excellent. My order arrived in a reasonable amount of time, everything was exactly as expected, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. It's nice to find a company that's reliable and delivers good service. I'll definitely continue ordering from them. Thank you!
Prices can't be beat! Ordering and shipping are always easy, no problems. I've ordered several times, this is the only company I buy from now. Highly recommend!
They use SpeedX for shipping, which is a company that has a 1 star review on BBB for a reason (they mark that they attempted delivery of your package when they never even came to deliver it and there is no customer service to help resolve the issue). It isn't like a one time event. I have issues with SpeedX every single time. Every single time. I wouldn't purchase anything from Element Vape, simply due to the awful shipping experience.
During checkout I received a message that several items had to be removed from my cart due to my shipping location. I removed them and proceeded, but was able to order them through another company (Authority). This all would have been nice to have known prior to my spending time looking at products. Not sure why you can't sell them to me but another company can.
