4 stars only because the tracking is terrible. It says something like 5 to 10 days but comes sooner sometimes. It'll show that the order is received and don't update until its delivered. How am I supposed to know when it will be there if I have to sign off in the package?
I've been shopping with you guys for a while. My orders are always correct and delivered speedily. You always have what I need also!
No issues with my reorder. I just wish there was a way for me to change delivery so that I know when the package is coming, since there has to be a signature and I work, I have to either work from home or take the day off in order to make sure I am available to get the package
Terrible shipping process!! Does it really take you 4 calendar days to apply a shipping label to a product and ship it? This is absolutely ridiculous! I’m very displeased
Ordered once a month for about 6 months from element. One of my shipments was obviously stolen by the carrier. The signature wasn’t mine and the printed name that signed for it wasn’t even mine. Video footage from my house showed that no one arrived during the “delivered time”. Neither the carrier nor element vapes had any care to try and resolve it. Luckily it was only a $300 order, but just be very careful. If you order from them, you must be okay if you never receive the order and still eat the cost because that is the most likely scenario.

#1 you accepted my card for purchase. I have used another site for the past 3-4 years. And they no longer take MC. #2 the site was very easy to maneuver and find what I was looking for. Check out was easy, quick. Delivery looks a bit long, but, finding out it's going to be delivered sooner is a big plus. Will continue with this new site until they decide to not accept my card.
My package has been stuck in transit for several days with no updates other than order information was received. I ordered before and I was very happy with the product and shipment updates, but i’m just confused what’s going on this time around.
Yall charge $8 for EXPRESS shipping (2-5 business days) why is that my estimated shipment day says it’s coming near 2 weeks after I ordered?… being charged for EXPRESS shipping and not receiving that service is mind boggling. I ordered similar hemp products from a different website the same day and hour I ordered from this website (Friday July 31st) and I didn’t even pay for express shipping. It got here Tuesday ( yesterday August 3rd). The company/warehouse is stationed in the city yours is in… make it make sense! It doesn’t, stop forcing people to pay $8 for express shipping if it’s not going to be express. Do better

The delivery service is not good. There’s hardly ever any updates on the package. And takes too long
Absolute scammers! They promised they could deliver to me, I paid extra for shipping, they took my money and then it comes to light that they couldn't deliver to me. Now they say that they can't return my money because there is a problem with my card that I used to pay them? My card is fine, I use it everyday. Scammers, stay away from these fraudsters!!!

Product A piece of the flap on the juice port tore when opening. it was tough to open. now it will not close.
Fast service good price easy ordering and delivery was with usps a lot better than FedX since you have to sign for package you know about what time to be available Prefect
So I quit smoking cigarettes in November of 25, I realize a vape isnt the answer BUT its extremely cheaper. My 15.00 vape lasts me almost a month depending on life...I always order the same brand every time.. I wish shipping was a little faster but I always pre order long before I need them. I order 3 ir 4 at a time and when I get to my last one I order. It takes a week to two weeks sometimes to get them but if you plan ahead its not a problem..
Love this place hopefully pay my credit card soon and no more narratives please.
