Spent long hours trying to find a good rate for refinancing loans for my son, finally found it and thanks to ELFI! It took very little time from start to end. Refinancing Made Easy
Refinancing, loans of any kind really stress me out, ELFI (and Credible) made this whole process really easy.
First off, lowest rates I could easily find. Huge win right there. Website and application process is pretty straight forward. I did have some questions and when I called the service number, spoke with an American speaking person immediately which was fantastic, she got me all sorted out. Once the loan application process moved forward, I was assigned a loan advisor (Stan!!) who reached out and helped me through the remaining steps and with any questions I had.
Very personalized experience! Big shout-out to Stan for helping me get this over the goal line!!!
