Outstanding service..
I placed my order last night and it was already handed over to DHL and shipped the next day. That kind of speed is rare and genuinely appreciated. What really stands out is that all taxes and duties are handled and paid by Ensar Oud. Anyone who imports into South Africa knows this can easily add up to 40–60% extra cost, so having that taken care of removes a huge headache. Before stating anything about the perfumes. The customer service you have is astonishing. They response and help as possible. The perfumes itself is literally a different story. I bought this one as a friend recommendation which he has some collection from EO and for sure some other brands. This one took me to a different and beautiful dimension. This one is for the whole Ensar Oud expierience in general, especially for Attar Blue Khalbar. After a second hand blind buy from a reputable enthusiast source, this got me hooked. The quickest, most comfortable shipping fascinated me. Took just two or three (!) days from Amman to rural Germany - one week would have been also okay for me. Stunning samples - again -, great quick and friendly support (and unmatched quality incense). AND - the main reason why I'm posting this: Attar Blue Khalbar is one of the most nuanced, most entertaining floral scents I've come across in more than 20 years of deeply enjoying, sampling and buying perfumed things (mostly vintage ones). Responsive, helpful, and incredible quality
Adam is super responsive, friendly, and helpful when making decisions on what to buy; and the product quality is just beyond any other oils you can find in the world. I haven't experienced a cleaner distillation than from Ensar. With the wide (and growing) range of options, there's something for everyone. It might seem expensive but I can honestly say that it's worth it! My nose has never experience such beauty. I will always be coming back for more.
