Thank you EO for the discovery set and generous samples you added. Fast delivery by DHL 🥰. Fregrance’s are incredible. I wear one sample each day on skin…. The top notes last hours then the miss and day down maybe even 10 hours or more. Next day after shower I couldn’t try the next sample as I was still enjoy the previous one. I have over 1000 bottles and have to admit not used to this quality of juice… I will write again once I have tried all the sample

I purchased oud from Ensar Oud because I had heard and read that they where reputable and purveyors of the finest perfumes. I can attest to both! The oud came well wrapped, sealed and labeled in sturdy box with a velvet bag. I was also sent a beautiful fragrance with my purchase. I am currently enrapt with samples of several perfumes that where sent! I can say with confidence that this will be my first purchase of many!

The quality of the oils used in the fragrances is 100% authentic and of the best quality. Almost impossible to find a fragrance brand which uses real ambergris and Tonkin Musk. This brand is for the collector as the price point is very high.

Not happy with the process of delivery. Please give clients clarity on process of shipment. Haven't received parcel yet . And the delivery partner has billed for shipment whereas have already paid while booking the product , please look into same

We understand the frustration and are already in direct contact with DHL regarding the clearance and delivery of your parcel. Your shipment was sent using our Delivered Duty Paid service, which means that all customs duties, taxes, and clearance charges are covered by us. DHL may occasionally ask the recipient to acknowledge potential charges as part of its standard clearance procedure, but no additional payment should ultimately be collected from you. We are following the shipment closely and will remain in contact with DHL until it has been successfully delivered.

I’ve only explored a small selection of Ensar Oud’s oils so far, but my first experience has been genuinely impressive. Not every oil matched my personal taste, and I think that’s exactly how natural oud should be.
