Eprolo continues to surpass my expectations. This past month (September 2024) they came true for me twice in timeous shipping and/or delivery of international orders. They also updated my tracking information for loads shipped over weekends. Very much pleasing to me!

Great Services and wonderful customer service

My products always get to customers with no problem and the communication with the customer service is just wonderful. I like the way Eprolo helps to fulfil products whenever an order is placed.

Kaylee is without question the best agent i have ever worked with

I have worked with multiple agents for multiple suppliers however, i have stayed with Kaylee at Eprolo for close to 8 months now. Their prices are very reasonable but the way they look out for me as a client is incredible. She always lets me know if there is a more cost efficient/faster way to deliver products, or if there are other opportunities in different markets etc. She handles the bulk inventory/ordering and keeps tabs on things to make sure they always are running smoothly so i can focus my time on scaling, testing new products etc. I would HIGHLY reccomend giving them a shot

This is my 2nd year with Eprolo via shopify store, I enjoy their products they have a wide range of them, so far my customers love their items and some even come back for more. As for the customer service they do respond fast to all my question so their service to me is awesome til now!
