Shipped a board to UPS. UPS said I have to pay 15 dollars to pick it up. Was not aware from evo or UPS.
I ordered and paid extra to have it delivered by a certain date. Instead they flagged the order internally, even though my payment went through. Instead of calling me and following up personally, they sent one innoucuous email that was burried in their pile of marketing emails about confirming the order. Delivery day comes, no snowboard, I have to call to find out that the order is on hold. No delivery and I have to go to mexico for 3 weeks, they finally deliver the board a week late which is then promptly stolen out of the mail room so I get to deal with local cops and insurance when I get back to the USA because these lazy asses were to lazy to pick up a phone and call me to confirm the order.
Great service. Went in to get my ski bindings adjusted for new boots. I bought the boots from their website, so they gave me 50% off. The whole thing took 15-20 mins and I was able to go skiing the same day.
