I'd give them 10 stars if I could! Website was easy to use, item was received in time and as described. The price dropped a week later and there was a coupon. I submitted a price match through their website and they refunded the difference the same day I submitted it (30 day price match offered). Can't say enough good things about this company, will be getting all my outdoor equipment from them from now on.

Great experience with EVO. I got an amazing price for some ski boots which I had tried on at a different store and that was selling them for 3 times EVO's price.
Bike shoes very narrow. Too much marketing followup
Product (bike shoes) was so so, but when selling shoes you really need to let people know the width as these were extremely narrow. Even worse was the deluge of follow-up marketing texts and emails and experience surveys like this, which I thought I had blocked and unsubscribed from. STOP CONTACTING ME
