Immediate ability to applying techniques interactively. It would have been lovely to have a split screen. However, not required.

I was a only student in the course. So, I ad oppotunity to learn on the one to one style.
Selling Azure Class
Gene demonstrated deep, practical knowledge of Azure selling strategies — not just textbook material but real-world partner experience. The frameworks he walked us through (SQAF, compelling events, the Assessment-Relevance-Value triangle) were immediately actionable. He made complex financial concepts like TCO modeling and cost optimization approachable without oversimplifying them. You could tell he's been in the room with customers having these exact conversations, which made the content credible and easy to internalize. Excellent instruction.
