Technical failure cuts off trivia game mid-play, customer support refuses to help: I logged into the FanDuel app 15 minutes early to secure a spot in a live trivia game show scheduled for 5:00 PM EST. I was actively participating, answering questions, and engaging in the live chat. By the fifth question, the app abruptly and automatically logged me out without warning. I immediately signed back in using biometric login, but the game banner had completely vanished from the app, preventing me from rejoining and eliminating any chance of competing for the prize pool. When I contacted customer support to request a goodwill courtesy credit due to this systemic app failure, the agent dismissed my experience and blamed the issue on my internet connection. My connection is premium, high-speed fiber backed up by mobile 5G data, so a network drop on my end was impossible. Instead of listening or investigating, the agent abruptly disconnected the live chat. Subsequent attempts to reconnect left me idling in a queue for hours. FanDuel's app performance during live events is unreliable, and their customer support team avoids accountability by dismissing users and cutting off communications
They take your deposit, and then what?
The sight takes your deposit and then goes down. Verification then becomes very difficult...hmmm, they know how to take your $$$, they just don't know how to let you play. Avoid this site, there are better
The tickets on free spins are a joke
Ever since they started the tickets on the free spins reel I haven't seen even one penny come from the tickets, and there have been many weeks that I have had well over 20 tickets and still no reward from it at all. Not to mention I see alot of other people on fanduel that receive bonus money all the time. I am a valued customer so they say and i have only ever gotten like 4 bonus credits only 4 times in over 5 years. I spend thousands with fanduel and to watch everyone else get bonuses time after time its a little discouraging. I am about to go to a differenf site and see how they treat someone who Spends the kind of money I do with fanduel because my bet says that I get bonuses with them let's just see if im right
I've had a great experience with…
I've had a great experience with FanDuel and I'm quite surprised with the negative reviews. My first win was on Flaming hot pots with a 40 cent spin. That win resulted in a 8000 pay out. No issues getting the money. Shortly after, I won the nightly jackpot with a 7000 win. Again, no issues with receiving the money. I ve since won a few 1000 Win's. But..I agree with one statement about the recent experience from May to now with the bonuses as of late. Hard to get and when you do hit one...the return is small. But I have faith they will eventually start rolling out the wins soon.

Finally won. Now they holding my money. I won Friday and Monday they finally released some of my money and now withholding funds for upto 3 business days when they policy clearly says 72hrs
Fanduel fraud
Paused my subscription as I watched the Cincinnati Reds last year. The rights were taken away this year due to Fanduel' s financial woes. I have been charged 2 months now for no programming! There was no email contact. They are impossible to contact. I even had to change the credit card numbers twice but Chase forwarded my new acct to them!!!! Fraud at its worst.

I continually came back over and over…
I continually came back over and over thinking Id get a win. Money goes straight in a toilet and never giving a bump. Bonus games and hilarious when you actually hit one. Other sites same games way different outcomes. I have been online gambling since it started way back circa 97 and have played every site possible and hit wins and cash outs regularly. I have never seen anything like it, they must be on the take rn and there is zero reward. No joke just get a match and light your money on fire, these guys are thieves. Straight up. Lost my business!
Awful payouts
Awful payouts, dropped thousands into various slots and won $250 at most after months of playing, BETMGM and Borgata pay out way better and have better bonuses and promotions. Slots always glitch and slow down lately too seems like they rigged the machines

Fanduel Predicts is totally garbage. Do not EVER use it for your betting because you will have EXTREMELY hard time to withdraw the money until you lose all your $$$. Do NOT play it unless you want to throw your $$$ out of the window. I already had horrible experiences & NEVER touch it again
I couldn't believe it!!
I couldn't believe it!!! I deposited $150, and no matter what slot I went to, I couldn't get a bonus round. i was only betting 20 cents per spin, but still not a single bonus round. Strangely, when I was down to just $5 left, I started getting 2 of 3 bonus symbols left and right. But still no bonus round. It's as if the slots were rigged to make you think you're about to hit a bonus round if you just deposit another $10.....then you deposit another $10 and can't even win more than the 20 cents per spin your betting. I'm sure they're regulated by the same politicians who's pockets they're padding.

Fanduel does not let you win . It takes 500 dollars to hit one bonus trust me in this ..... Go to a casino or experiment with other slot apps . I just sent literally 600 dollars and didn't hit a bonus ...I dint know if they going out of business or what but they different then last year

I hit the big jackpot I’ve been waiting for. I hit the exact same hit at an actual casino in Cleveland and won just over $1,600.00. It was on Timberwolf. I hit 7 men, and two multipliers (x5 and x3). The game gave me all the figurative fireworks and says YOU DID IT!! On the screen. But my balance never changed. I reached out to customer service and they told me that there was no record of the hit and basically I’m out of luck. I immediately deleted my account and I’m telling everyone who will listen to do the same. It’s a scam.

All right fanduel big scam
All right, so I recently opened an account with FanDuel and I wrote my password my login down apparently when I tried to go back in to login and you know place my bet what not it wouldn’t let me get into my account and I tried and I tried to unlock my account $50 to 100 I placed in there which I still have in there that I can’t get. I called customer service and they claimed that they sent the link to help me fix my account but they didn’t basically what I’m saying is that customer service is BS they’re taking your money their money hungry all right if you’re reading this Mark my words do not use FanDuel. Do not use their promotions it’s BS. They do not try to help the people they are money hungry I’m spreading this on every platform. I possibly can OK. Do not use FanDuel. I repeat do not use FanDuel. If you wanna waste your money go ahead, but don’t say I didn’t warn you. Have a good day.
