FanDuel gets a one for treating me well as vip , the casino is shady as it gets . I realize high volatility slots are volatile , but the reel patterns on my most played slots are baltabtlt obvious , I’ve spun so much and lost so much I can predict a bonus buy 3 spins in . If there could be a 0, I would put that in. I have tried for the past hour to speak with a human being that actually understands what I need. This “chat coach” needs serious help. When I ask for specific information it “verified my information” through email over 6 times after I already asked to speak with someone. If fanduel wants to implement AI, make sure it is thoroughly tested prior to releasing it. Very disappointed about this entire operation.
Fanduel flat it lies about game results. I had a -8.5 spread and my team won by 9. I win. Fanduel said I lost. Customer service couldn't help fix a typo let alone a bet. The sites system rips you off and they will not fix it.... If you catch the mistake. Use Draftkings. I haven't had an issue with them in the passed year. No wonder Fanduel is getting sued.
Less than 1 star if I'm being honest. Constantly kicking me out try to log back in accuses me of being some kind of bot and locks me out. Loads slow locking up PLEASE bring back TVG. I'm going to twinspires. Screw Fanduel they must have idiots running the place. Absolutely HORRIBLE!!
Customer service is no help. Have been waiting 4 weeks for the welcome bonus spins. No one can resolve the issue and just get told that it has been escalated and that each time I chat or call a new ticket is raised that delays the progress. I am still waiting on response on my issue. Oh I should say I did receive one response but it had nothing to do with my query on welcome bonus. They referred to a weekly net losses bonus that I did not query about. Perhaps they cannot read or write English very well and if so they should not be in this position!!!

They suck. First off, be very careful because they sneakily move the boxes around so that when you think you are betting on a WIN you are actually picking a player Stat. They do it on purpose knowing you will have to cancel the bet and grab fees. Also we noticed that for some inexplicable reason we couldn't cash out sometimes... Obviously just trying to take every penny.... Draft Kings is the better choice, avoid these A holes ..

So, yesterday, fanduel was giving everyone bonus promotions as opposed to points. I got $75 in promotions, and it said that I couldn't withdraw it, that I had to use it right away, so I made about 30 or so line ups with it. Went to bed, woke up the next morning only to find that all my line ups were voided, and support claims that I shouldn't have an issue. I'm going to find a new platform, theres plenty of others out there. I took screen shots of the conversation with support and of all the voided line ups made.
Don’t ever spend ur money on their site. Their algorithm is basically legal robbery. Pay government off to operate. They will take a 1000 and let u win 300-400 but its ur own money you winning back - you will never ever be in the postive. I seen their algorithm literally skip a bonus or good hit- it’s programmed like that. Only people that win money are the people that are able to roll 50 dollar spins. It’s programmed to suck up 1 dollar spins. Don’t do it ok. Their level 4 rewards full of crap. You never get nothing in return. Be careful with using FanDuel for sportsbook and casino. The casino has a variety of slots and live table but I wouldn't recommend opting into the jackpot for slots. It has a $.10 &$.20 option and you definitely do not get what you put into them. Also alot of there bonus wins are very small so please be careful. The Sportsbook will have different extra bets but make sure you read there terms and conditions I just got burnt a 2nd time on head to head matchup. Also once yoi are customer they dont offer hardly any extras like deposit matches or free play at all
