Normally on a service call or request the technician is quick to hand you off to an article and follow up by email. My experience today was AMAZING. The ORBI Assistant was like working with a real person but better! It was able to look at my screenshot, interact with all the images and questions simultaneously, and most of all it was patient , and informative. I am very impressed and pleased. Best customer support I've had online in the last 7 years, for real. Whatever issue I've faced, they've always been able to fix it. Their team responds fast and actually resolves things, no getting stuck in loops or bounced between agents. Simona Petrova helped me recently and got everything sorted out quickly. Really solid hosting experience overall, highly recommend.

very bad support and services
I am writing this review , as the customer support is poor of helping while their services are down, redis was done getting 500 error and my sites are down as well as i as in vacations and they just said everything is fine. when i asked for extend of plan when i ends this year they never respond to that of course. also i noticed that they are providing their shared hosting servers to a lof ot people so you cannot use any ecommerce site there if you want to be serious
