UPDATE: My trusted web service provider (FastComet) is NO LONGER TRUSTED. I was renewing my hosting service (at a much higher rate) and asked if there was anything that could be done, being a long-time customer. I was given a longer-term renewal for a much better deal. Thank you very much. On the DAY my service was ending, they emailed "sorry for misinformation from the agent" but instead of the price I was given (yes, I have a screenshot) it's almost $500 more than I was told! I'm LIVID and soon to be an EX-CUSTOMER. You don't treat people this way. Very disappointed after being a loyal customer for 8 years.
