What I need, When I need it
I’m a big fan of Wheeler Rex products and you all seem to be in the sweet spot for pricing and availability. The shipping has been fast too. I’m impressed!

Superior customer service than the big vendors.
The level of customer service was astoundingly excellent. As was their knowledge of associated supply and shipping details. A small shop that's aware of it and capitalizes on it to be more flexible and accommodating to the customer's needs than large corporations can or will ever do.

Poor ownership
I guess one of the owners of this company is making so much money she did not need me as a client. I called for an estimate and because at this time I was unable to send the request via email she decided to hang up on me. I called back to let them know that the person I was speaking to hung up on me and I was told it was the owner. Sadly for this company the over $75k monthly sale will be going elsewhere.
