Excellent Customer Service! FastoolNow generally has everything we need in stock and they are super great about quickly getting back to us with any questions we have.
Excessive shipping and Duty Charges
Paid $23 bucks for the parts. Paid $29 for shipping..... then when the parts arrived still had to pay $32 in duty... had I known this I wouldn't have bought the parts from your store. These were small fittings. they could have been sent regular mail for free and no duty.
