I haven’t received the filter yet. At the time of ordering it said3/4 august. It now said expected 11 august. I wouldn’t have ordered from yourselves if I’d known that at the time.

Huge price increase on my Subscription, with no notification, so I called and cancelled. Have yet to see a refund. Will probably have to call again.
Hi NMEquestrian - Usually, when there is a price difference between what you initially ordered and what is subsequently in your subscription it is because your original order was using a google "ad" site where the search engine allows you a one time discount for using their link. When the humidifier mesh filter was out of stock at subscription fulfillment time last April, I received several emails keeping me informed of the status. But no notice when the item was back in stock. Months later a general marketing email came in, so I clicked on it and found the humidifier mesh filter was available. I ordered two, to be certain to have an extra if they are out of stock next time the subscription is supposed to ship and to amortize the high shipping cost between two filters. The box arrived in a few days with one filter, not the two I'd ordered. This caused me to hunt around the FiltersFast website to find the one shipped was part of my order and a second box from the same Monroe, NC warehouse would be arriving in a few more days. No wonder shipping costs are high - shipping multiple items separately is not cost effective. Having to buy these "off the shelf" and pay the additional shipping because the system didn't pick up the missed subscription item all show a decrease in the level of service I'd come to expect from FiltersFast.
