I wasn’t supposed to get a new filter for 6 months, instead they sent it in three. I still haven’t received it and they are asking for a review.

Make sure when ordering you have not been put on the subscription list.
I disliked the fact that I did not order these (or did not know I was on a subscription) filters. If I had ordered these myself I would have saved money because they have been offering a $25 off thru e-mails. Feel like I paid too much for the 2 filters I received. However; ordering myself thru the company has always worked good.

My filters looked perfect…
My filters looked perfect, I was excited, for like 4.3 minutes. Installed them, turned it all on and my pool was slightly behind in being clean but nothing crazy. Vacuum ran, life was good. 2 hrs later my spa is getting cloudy. Hmm, that’s what happened with my old filters when they ripped. So I open it all back up and at least 3 of the 8 have 4 inch rips in the side where the stitching just frayed and pulled out. 10/10 don’t buy.
