I too was gypped and suckered in by findercube . shame on me for not reading reviews first , I got suspicious after the second unanswered e mail . I went here and read their list of poor reviews and immediately asked for a refund , cancel order , etc . this is the resoponse I finally got - " Sorry to keep you waitting so long .Your order has been designed well and is in manufacture process now.
Will let you informed of the tracking number when it’s shipped." - I copied and pasted that response , so that is the original grammar .Even though the order hasnt been sent yet and I asked for a refund , they glossed over that and are determined to send me what I ordered , like it or not . Worst , most unscrupulous company ever . Save your money and avoid this sham at all costs .
This company TOTALLY ripped me off. I ordered two shirts from them, never received the goods nor a refund. I only received an automated response for weeks saying "don't worry it's coming". I am in the process of contacting my State's Attorney General's Office to make sure others are aware of their business practices.
Ordered my product and never received it. Multiple attempts at contacting the company to no avail. I purchased a denim jacket and got ripped off. Please stay away from this company as I’m contacting my credit card company to get my money back.
Buyer Beware! This company is a toal scam and a ripoff. I purchased a tank top and when it arrived it was not made of the material indicated on the website. Instead of being a cotton blend, it was lyrca and the texture of the fabric was printed on it! It wasn't even real! To top it off, the tag says that you can't wear the product in the direct sun or dry it. What the heck?! It's a tank top! Of course I'm going to wear it in the sun. I even purchased worry free return as well (although I shouldn't have had to) and was told upon contacting them for a return, that they aren't going to refund my money. So basicly, they are just out to rip you off. Bad business!
Awful quality clothing, the material is a horrible shiny material, feels and looks terrible. The print quality is rubbish VERY blurry. DO NOT USE THIS SITE
This is a pure rip-off website or store. Their product has a quality and design worth not even $2. Other than that when you wearing the tank shirt, you look like a damn gigolo because of the material they are using and the design. The material should be cotton they say but it is shining like a silk. These guys are simply ripping off American people. And the shipping took like one month.
I would give Finder Cube a negative 5 star rating if I had the option. I placed a $600+ order in early June that did not arrive until June 26th. The items I received are not the same fit and style as they are advertised on the Finder Cube website. The website claims satisfaction guaranteed with easy returns. I requested to return the order on June 27th. It is now August 2nd and I am still fighting with Finder Cube customer service to provide a return address so that I can ship the products back and get a refund. So far I have exchanged 44 emails with their customer service department and still not been provided a return form and return address. This company is a SCAM and should be shut down!
I recently ordered a black and white shirt from FinderCube, and it arrived with a significant quality issue. There is an obvious misprint on the fabric with a colored stripe running from top to bottom, which is not part of the design. When I contacted FinderCube's customer service and provided the photo, they claimed there was nothing wrong with the shirt and refused to offer a refund or send a replacement. To make matters worse, they later attempted to blackmail me by offering to replace the defective shirt only if I left a positive review online. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I strongly advise against purchasing from FinderCube. Their lack of accountability and unprofessional behavior are unacceptable.

This company has really good design shirts the only thing bad about this company it takes forever to get the merchandise sometimes over a month and the price for the shirt is not worth it over $30 for one shirt
Recently purchased two tops from Findercube and paid extra for their 8-10 day delivery timeframe. After a week I contacted them to ask how it was progressing. They informed me that order processing took 7 days and they would not deliver in the time advertised and paid for. When I asked to cancel the order, they informed me there was a cancellation fee. I queried this given the circumstances. They took days to respond and told me the items had now been posted and there could be no refund. The items will not be delivered on time for the occasion. Terrible customer service and false advertising on paid for delivery. Avoid this company
Do not buy from this site. The items look nothing like what they show on the site. When you try to return the items they drag the responses to death. They can’t even give you a straight answer. Had to call my credit card and stop payment. What they sell is crap.
This is the worst online retailer I've ever dealt with. Products are just crappy and it's impossible to get a refund! DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM FINDERCUBE.
This is a scam site. They did not reply until after several emails were sent and then refused to return the blazer and blazer I purchased which were larger then the sizes listed and the cut and look was completely different then what was shown. Poor cheap quality looked like it was tailored by some one learning to use a sewing machine.
