What people say
Top products from a British company.
I wanted to order a couple of cloches and a press, but the later was out of stock. They were very helpful, told me when the burger press was going to be back in stock, and importantly, delivered on that, so I'm very happy to recommend them. The products themselves are everything you would want, well made and solid, and MADE IN GREAT BRITAIN (Monmouthshire), Brilliant!

The fire pit we ordered came quickly
The fire pit we ordered came quickly, was well packaged and seems very substantial. As it is still wet February we haven’t tried it yet but at the moment I cannot foresee any problems.

Useless courier service
Unfortunately, this company uses APC Overnight as its courier. 3.5 weeks later and we still have not received our order. They should be renamed APC Overmonth.

Hi Gary, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am so sorry to hear that you parcel has been so delayed. Of course if we had been notified sooner we would have looked into this as a matter of urgency and hopefully resolved this sooner for you. Since seeing your review I have been in touch with the couriers who have confirmed that the items have now been delivered. I am unsure where the delayed stemmed from. I sincerely apologise for the delay on their behalf and please do get in touch with us directly if you wish to discuss the matter further. Many thanks, Charlotte.

Gift
Bought a long poker for a gift. It is practical, decorative and well made. Was rather dirty on arrival though. More thought to the small details would be appreciated. Delivery very good. Impressive.

Thank you for your review barbara. Great to hear you love the product. I apologise for the condition the item arrived in, as we manufacture all items here in the UK and to order they are sometimes left with a small amount of manufacturing oil them despite being cleaned over thoroughly. I will mention this to QC and see if there is anything further to be done.
Great service

Thank you Maggie! Sorry to hear you experienced some manufacturing oil remnants on the product. I'm sure you may have resolved this now but a wash in warm soapy water should remove this for you. Please let us know if we can help with anything else.
