I was very apprehensive about just sending my GHDs via post and the fee seemed too good to be true. I text a couple of times to check the status and communication was great. Sent Monday and received Saturday, all working better than ever and cleaned up. Thank you so much, can’t recommend enough and wish I knew about this company before having replaced countless sets over the years!

I chose this site as it had excellent reviews on Trustpilot. It lived up to those reviews and to everything it said on the site. Easy to book in and having posted them on a Saturday lunchtime they arrived back fully repaired 4 days later. I also received an email to inform me they were on their way. Can’t praise any higher. Absolutely excellent from start to finish.

Great result for old GHD
Recently had a problem with my old but reliable GHD. We isolated the problem but could not repair.I contacted FIXMYGHD and could not be happier with the quick result and repairs. The GHD was sent away and within 1 week but as new. Cost $99 but saved at least that price again if I had to buy even the most basis straightener. Highly recommend. PS Also comes with a warranty!

Amazed , 5 stars , the people at fix my ghds were really friendly fast at replying and done exactly what they said they would do. My cloud9s were a christmas gift off my boyfriend so when I broke them I didn't throw them away. I found out I could get them fixed for a realy reasonable price and they were sent back in few days working perfectly. I recommend this service highly to get your straighteners fixed!!!

The service was excellent from ordering the repair, sending my GHDs to the company and quickly receiving them back repaired. I sent my GHDs on Sunday and got them back repaired on the following Friday. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again if the occasion arises.

Just when I thought I was going to have buy a new pair of GHD’s I found your website offering to fix them. Took the chance and posted them off to you. 4 days later I received my GHD’s back in full working order and for a reasonable cost too.
