My GHD Platinum Plus straighteners broke and when I contacted GHD, they weren’t interested in helping. I found this company online and they repaired them for a fraction of the price! The service was quick, easy, and efficient, and my straighteners are now working perfectly again. Couldn’t be happier – highly recommend!

GHD's stopped working on the 2nd day of my holiday in Corfu. Disaster for my hair. Looked up this company in Wakefield and posted them as soon as I returned home. Website easy to use and was able to track their arrival on Thursday. Today (Tuesday) received by straighteners back in full working order. Very impressed with the fast turnaround and excellent communication advising me of their repair. Would totally recommend this company.
Wow, now that is service that I like. The web site was easy to negotiate. The instructions to get the repair done were sufficient but not overly complicated. The repair was completed as promised and within the week I can straighten my hair again. Thank you.

Sent of my ghd on Tuesday and was fixed and I received them back by Friday. They were sent back in the original box I sent them in and packed perfectly. I would defiantly use them again.

What a great service! My GHDs were 10+ years old and decided to stop heating up so I researched a new set which was in the region of £250 then came across this site where they guaranteed to fix them for £30 so I thought give a try and within 5 days had them back( including weekend) working just had they had before . I would defo use this service again 5 star
