Service level and response time was terrific. I had numerous questions, and Nick Mahaleris answered them all patiently. The sample packet (sample of pens) they sent out really sold us, because I could see and feel the quality of the pens. 10/10 - will order again from Flashbay.

Clear and fast communication
Clear and fast communication - even when I asked for multiple different proofs to make sure I was getting the exact product we needed. Matt was also great at helping me confirm the image was high-quality before it was sent to production, which was so helpful. I've had experiences with other companies in the past where that has not been the case and gotten the items with a low quality logo printed on them.

I ordered branded promo items from…
I ordered branded promo items from Flashbay for a small work event and the whole process was smoother than I expected. Their team replied quickly, sent digital proofs fast, and kept me updated the entire time. The final products looked clean and professional, and the print quality was honestly better than I thought it would be.
Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that pricing can climb pretty quickly once you start adding upgrades and shipping. Still, overall a really solid experience and I’d use them again for future business orders.
