I was a bit nervous since shipment was coming from China and I only had a few days to order and get to Hawaii. Hieu was exceptional in providing customer service and I got my water bottles 2 days early! They are beautiful just like the mock up looked.

Here's my brutally honest review: I'm so happy with the items I ordered, the service Rachel G. provided, and the ordering process! Rachel was so patient with me as I personally designed the blister pack insert cards to print and we went back and forth a few times on logo placement on the front. I highly recommend Flashbay products, and the final delivered products are top notch! I ordered the Twister Go 16GB dual end USB drives for my union, and at work we've used them for drawstring bags and the print work on those bags was gorgeous, too!
