Wasn’t home when package arrived but when it got delivered the delivery driver took a picture to notify me that it was delivered so I thought that was very helpful to do so because I was at work

Been utilizing Flight Club for years now though at times verification slips I have been somewhat satisfied.
I ordered a pair of shoes advertised as new in box but I received YELLOWED (supposed to be white) shoes with yellow laces, and scuffs/marks covering the air bubble area amongst other things. I filed for a refund days ago and I haven’t received a response. This was my first and LAST time ordering from them.
This my 4 time buying from flight club I haven’t had any issues at all.Even my teenage daughter Bought a pair from them for the for the first time she loves it that everything was accurate.

Company had a delivery company leave my package in my building lobby and not at my apartment. The package was stolen and I contacted the company. All my information was properly provided for delivery. But they didn't refund or sent me a new pair which I purchased it for my birthday. They reached out say next time I purchase to make sure my address is clear.
