Flightsbank

Don’t believe all the positive reviews

Don’t believe all the positive reviews. This company is a scam. They confirmed a flight for me and then didn’t ticket it for TWO WEEKS! When I finally sent them an email saying I wanted them to cancel it so I could buy it from a reputable seller, they called me 20 minutes later to say that they had just ticketed it. I’m sure it was a lie. I had already found a cheaper flight elsewhere and the guy was such a jerk. I will now have to fight the charge on my credit card if they still try to charge me. DON’T BOOK WITH THEM!!!

Highly Recommend

I was able to find a cheap flight and really appreciated Martin calling to confirm the tickets once they were issued

Es una buena oportunidad de obtener vuelos economicos a ultimo momento, brindan un excelente servicio y tienen la opción de servicio en tu idioma, en tu caso me asesoró Martín y estoy muy satisfecha con su servicio

Demanding staff but they give you refund on time

I booked the flight from London to China with flightsbank back in Jan. Due to Coronavirus, we could not make the trip. Flightsbank, Henry and Rubain in particular have fulfilled the responsibility and the regulation by proving us full refund in 3 weeks, which are nice. However, Henry contacted us 4 times after the refund in 2 weeks to demand me to write this review. This is making us very uncomfortable.

Honduras trip at a great price

As I was looking to purchase some flight tickets to Honduras for the month of June, I found this website and was concerned about some of your negative reviews. However, I took a leap of faith and found what I was looking for at a great price. After everything was looking good, even received a confirmation number. Although, there was discrepancy with the issuance of the tickets, I sent an email with my concerns and a gentleman by the name of Victor Thomas called me in less than half an hour and managed to correct the minor inconvenience and was able complete my purchase. I am very satisfied and thankful with Flightsbank and will recommend it. Again, thank you Victor for your outstanding service.
