The phone I purchased started having issues within a few weeks—battery drains quickly and the device heats up even during normal use. Customer support was not helpful. I contacted them multiple times, but responses were delayed and no proper solution was given. For the price, I expected much better quality and service. I ordered a mobile on 30th March 2026 and it's 27th April and my order status on their page shows pending.I have mailed them and talked to their customer care ,but they are not providing me any solution,their HR told me that she will forward my issue to the concern department,and they will sort out my issue,and no concern department took any follow up and when wrote about this to the HR,she has not replied.

A total fraud. I ordered one product by COD only. but a different cheap product was sent. I opened the parcel and I saw it was not the one I ordered. I rejected it and the delivery agent is threatening me of consequences. too bad
