What people say
everything is OK till now
everything is OK till now. I got an answer within 5 hours in my question, and the order is shipped after 1 day.
99% is great
I love the stuff and their service, until you find that one problem, and then is not that great. I have had a couple of unnecessary delays while shipping. the latest was because an item I ordered was discontinued, although the site said it was in stock, and they didnt suggest a similar item to replace that one (a ligth bulb) after I told them the replacement, I had a different service agent telling me the same story, the other one I choosed was also discontinued, and the rest of the order was stalled, for 2 weeks until I told them to cancel the whole order and made the other again, since it didnt seemed we were getting any where. English skills of their support people is not the best.
A great place for everyday gadget and tool shopping, fast shipping
The products offered are of a honest variety and good price, all my purchases were of great products. I just wish I had found it earlier! Os produtos oferecidos são têm uma variedade razoável e bom preço. Todas as compras feitas lá foram de produtos de boa qualidade. Só queria ter conhecido a loja mais cedo!
Great shopping site, with random delivery problems
FP is undoubtedly a great and secure shopping site Great prices, variety of items, good service Shipments arrive mostly within normal parameters, but each one is delayed so much The stability of the page is the weakest point, too often falls FP highly recommended!
