Super slow shipping, WORST customer service I've ever experienced.
NEVER USE THIS SITE! I understand that they were shipping internationally, so I expected some time to receive my items, but not more than a MONTH! Not only does shipping take way too long, they'll probably send you the wrong item...and you'll have to pay return shipping all the way back to China. And don't try to contact them for an exchange or refund, cause they just try to CONVINCE you that the item you receive is "just as nice". I don't know what world they are living in over there, but customer service usually means the customer is mostly right - especially when you send them the wrong item and admit to it. I would never use this site again and if I were you, I'd spend the extra $5-10 for ANY OTHER COMPANY. It's not worth the hassle of dealing with condescension and pathetic excuses for trying to resolve an issue where THEY are at fault.

I ordered a product from Lima Peru and I came in less than expected time just 14 days. Very good communication via email which kept me informed about my order so keep buying.
I thought there stuff was kool.. So I ordered $150.00 worth of stuff. Paid on Oct. 5th via PayPal. I have tried over 15 times to contact them. Nothing no response. No merchandise either! Very fusterating. I had to do a Paypal dispute.
The only communications they have had with me is, I wrote about this on reseller ratings, Pamela offered me 15.00 coupon if I removed my statement.
Still they will not contact me via email.
Hey. My story begins in December 2012. I made a booking for the tablet and watch. Order came to me for almost two weeks. The plate was not working and I have agreed to return it. December 20 I sent him and on January 4 he was in China. January 15 employees received it focalprice. It is written on the website of China-mail when a track number on the check sent. In tech support me more than a month asking to wait 2-3 business days to resolve my issue. Written yesterday, I have to wait until February 26 and then maybe they will send me a working product. If allowed to be run this company, it will take a lot of customers to their competitors, where prices are lower. FOCALPRICE - think about it!

Purchased a tablet PC from them for $63.99 payed via paypal. Item finally arrived 4 weeks later it was not as described (no rear camera) smashed due to poor packaging and had a non uk power supply. Tried to raise an RMA request via website but kept telling me my order number was invalid. Contacted them via the messaging facility. After sending them photo evidence, and about 60 messages they refused to give a refund unless I shipped the item back to them tracked at my expense this was more than 50% of the cost of the item.
Contacted paypal who also insisted that I return the item at my cost before a refund could be issued.
They also pay people to post positive reviews
Focal Price have many interesting products. Is very easy shop in focal price and pay with paypal acount. The shipment can be a little late becouse country customs but is safe and you can ask information to focal price any time. I really enjoy shop with focal price.

I have made many orders from Focalprice and i can recommend it to anyone looking for good prices. I´ve bought Cellphones, tablets, and many other gadgets. They have very good prices, fast shipping and excellent customer service.
Pro: Recently a bought a 7" tablet. Great price (best in the market).
Con: After 4 weeks, I received a Damaged package and a scratchy crystal. Works fine, but not the best experience in delivery.
The brushes seems to be of good quality, though I did not start to use them yet. The pouch included looks very nice. All the brushes are arrived with plastic cover on them.
I visit some chinese online store searching for the best price and new products, with a good payment method always, and focalprice is one that i most visit searching for them. Always have a good price (not the best one some times), but a near one at least. And about the system of growing as you buy, so you get discount is a very good thing too.
