I am from Saudi Arabia and I have ordered from Fostani.com , the first time was two years ago and the second time just two weeks ago. I purchased dresses from the Mac Duggal brand. Their service is good and the shipping was fast, although the prices are a bit high and I had to pay additional delivery fees upon receipt. Customer service is very responsive and helpful. Overall, I had a positive experience and I will definitely order from them again in the future.

Be careful when ordering. You can not try on due to non physical store. If you have to exchange, they will give you a store credit. Reasonable. Here is what you need to know NOTE: a 15% restocking fee will be deducted, along with any original freight/handling costs (if shipping was complimentary at checkout) Any discounts code can not be applied on new purchases. First experience with this store and for sure the last one

Best experience ever. Order a dress and got it 3 days after. Unfortunately it wasn't the best fit for me. Contacted customer service and the best experience ever. After my return only took one day to get my store credit. I couldn't believe every time I had a question on the process, they were responding immediately. From now on Fostani is my dress store.

I dealt with Fostany website and they were really great , cooperative and quick in the procedures. The dresses arrived before the specified date and they were extremely beautiful and well preserved. I am very grateful to them and I will not hesitate to buy from them again .
Terrible Return Policy & Zero Transparency Absolutely ridiculous return policy. I used store credit—money I already spent with this company—only to be told that now the item is “final sale” with no return option. This wasn’t clearly stated at checkout, and it feels like a deliberate tactic to trap customers into purchases they can’t undo. It’s shady, and frankly, insulting. If store credit isn’t treated like real money, then don’t pretend it is. Won’t be shopping here again, and I’d strongly warn others to read the fine print—because they clearly won’t tell you upfront.
