Overpriced under delivered

The perfume is nice and as described, however, being charged four dollars for gift wrapping and they simply just put it in a shiny packet is ridiculous and a joke. Very disappointing, considering it was a birthday present

Blocked me from using the website FOR NO REASON

I have purchased from the site before with no issues but this time they required multiple layers of authorization such as a six digit authorization code and going as far as demanding me to send them pictures of my ID and my credit card I use for the purchase. I complied with all of their unreasonable demands and they still canceled my order and ended up blocking me from using the website. I literally did nothing wrong and I was a previous customer but I will never use this website to buy cologne ever again. To make things better for me I found everything I needed for over $100 cheaper so I was able to get even more cologne for the price. Buying my car wasn't even this hard. Their customer support is the worst I've ever experienced. They would not provide me a reason for refusing to sell to me and even acknowledged that I was fully authenticated and funds have been verified but they had canceled my order anyway after telling me everything was cleared to go through. I asked their customer service what I need to do to get my order through and if they could provide any direction whatsoever because I didn't do anything wrong and they ignored all of that and said I was trying to get internal information and confidential company policy information from them. Are you kidding me?? If you are thinking of using this website to buy cologne just know that you can get it elsewhere for a lot cheaper and you get the same quality product. I highly recommend fragrance net, perfume spot and fragrance shop for a smoother shopping experience faster shipping and the same quality products for no hassle. I did try to submit a formal complaint with fragrancex but they completely ignored it and ended up blocking me from the website. Completely unprofessional which is why I am here!!!!

Customer service and expediting my order quickly. I could not get the order to go through and saw that I was billed on my credit card 3x the next day for my order. FraganceX automaticlly credited those transactions automatically, without my contact. SO impressed. TY1

BAD MOJO

The bottle was broke. The box was bent on the bottom. I'm assuming they threw it very hard and very long as the other bottle was insulated enough not to Crack. But called fragrance X was put on hold twice for over 30 minutes and finally gave up! I am disabled and can't just sit on hold forever! And you know how it is when your already peaved and sitting there waiting to be heard!! And then when the call drops the air gets taken out of your sail! I won't be ordering from Fragrance X again!
