It stopped working a few weeks after purchase and every time I reached out for tech help or a refund I was roundly ignored. This product is essentially a scam. They make it work, and when whatever company you’re downloading from closes the gap and breaks their software they don’t fix it and ignore customers who paid for their service.
If I could give less than one star I would. Free Grab App (which is NOT free) had no consistency about how many videos it would allow on a daily basis, some days ten, some three, some one, some not even one. Same video downloadable next day so not a You Tube issue. When company contacted, claimed a solution had been found but failed. Software eventually refused to download anything at all and company ignored further messages about problems. Finally found an alternative piece of software that does actually work.
Hello, I purchased a one-year subscription, but it didn't work right from the start. Whenever I tried to load a movie, the program would cut out after about one minute. The support team either wouldn't or couldn't help me, despite the fact that I contacted them multiple times. I didn't get my money back, either. It's a real shame.
After a few weeks the software didn't work anymore. There was no answere, when I tried to contact support.
It works ok. And the price point is good. You get a good bang for your buck. Unfortunately, a friend that I recommended it to, wasn't able to get the activation code after paying with his credit card. He is in the process of trying to get his money back, because he is unable to contact the company.
Still making Money by selling a worthless product: Netflix has changed there protection protocols months ago so no downloads possible. And they know.

Product not working . Cant communicate. No way of canceling subscription.
In addition to the app's functionality and ease of use, I really appreciated the company's very responsive customer service. I'm an older dude, not too swift on computers. When I had a minor problem converting from the free to the full feature version of the app, the rep solved the problem quick.
Since the day I bought the last key, I could not download from any link anymore. I sent a request through Bug Reporting with a link but never got an answer. So I paid for nothing and it is over now.
Had some bugs on the upgrade but were quickly fixed. Thanks!
