it took a while until my problem was solved
I try to get help from the Support since July (now its Sept) because I add 1 Line to my Logo. I try it now the third time. They response after Days - sometimes more than a week and write me, they don't understand what I want. Then I write again and explain and then .......Nothing.... No answer - Feedback or help. And I paid already 50 CHF to get better Service. It's unbelievable
update: 26 of Sept. 2020
after my Feedback here my problem was solved quite fast. So thanks at the end I got what I was asking and paying for. Just a bit annoying that I need to write first a review before I got help.... But SOLVED

Don't do it
I set up my account many months ago.I called them many times to talk to them about my credit card payment and no body ever calls you back you are in limbo. I wish I never got this service.

I am trying to make a payment to reactive my email address but only accept credit card payments. Have made several attempts to pay by debit details but no luck. Not getting a related email back just send instructions and insists on credit card. Just want email back online
