No response of FTwatch/ bad product

I have order a replica of a TAG but it is a bad watch I received. In the foto of the site FTwatch we see the watch with date and good logo. The Tag I have received no date and the buttons of seconds no Works... The customer service do not respond to my complaint ! No more order to this site.
