I wish zero stars was acceptable. I was approved for funding signed contract, rep gave me the run around for hours when I inquired about tracking number for mailed check. After 3 days of lying Andrea said I will not be getting a check because there underwriter is in Iran taking care of family because of the current issues in our country. She states ONLY he can issue checks.
