Super company
Super company to deal with. I bought a pedal as a Christmas present - it arrived quickly, was packaged with care and I received a lovely personal email telling me when it would be sent/ what to expect. And they did exactly what they said in the email.
I don't know the last time I thought a company had proper integrity and customer care. This one does.

A great boutique of pedals with an awesome customer service
Didn't knew much about FX Pedal Planet. Interess in a specific pedal from Dirty Haggard made me order one to Portugal. In less than 4 days I had it in my hand. Had the chance to talk with Steve that solved all the small details I needed to get everything done properly. Couldn't recommend it more. Awesome place to buy.

I bought a Thorpyfx ER2 from these guys last week and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. For a start, they had one when everyone else had sold out, which was great. The pedal arrive quickly and was securely packaged, with a bonus plectrum inside. I would happily use them again and recommend them to friends.

We ordered the pedal on Monday and it arrived on Tuesday....outstanding service. It was very well packed and arrived in great condition...the added bits in the box of stickers, glow in the dark guitar picks and the additional control board were greatly appreciated. First class service and communication.
