Exceptional business. Best place for cool pedals
Ive made 2 orders with FX Pedal Plabet now. The range of pedals is fantastic with a lot of cool options you won't find in most of the mainstream chains or independents. Service level was killer as well and the care taken in the packaging and presentation of the purchase is the icing on the cake. Exceptional business.

Great service & excellent product knowledge/testing. Fast postage and packaged brilliantly (as if it was a gift) will 100% be my first stop for future pedals should they be stocked, do not be put of by the website, they are the real deal

Hi Dan
Thank you for the kind words, it is genuinely appreciated.
It is great to hear that the service, product knowledge and preparation of your order all met expectations. A lot of care goes into testing, checking and packing each pedal, so it is always rewarding when that comes through on the receiving end.
We also completely understand the comment regarding the website. A brand new site is currently in development and will be launching soon, with a much improved experience to match the level of service behind the scenes.
Thank you again for your support, it means a great deal.

Excellent Service from start to finish
Excellent Service from start to finish. I'd been looking for a product which is only stocked in the UK by FX Pedal Planet Online Store. I spoke with Steve a few times before ordering and he was most helpful. The product I purchased is excellent and the ongoing service and communication from FX Pedal Planet Online Store is second to none. I also really appreciate the company's values and the work they do for both the environment and charity.

An absolutely 5/5 experience through and through.
All of the questions I had before the purchase were answered in detail you rarely see.
Once the package arrived I was blown away by the care taken to male sure the pedal arrives in perfect condition.
Making sure that inner box wrap and the safety wood shavings match the pedal color was just the cherry on the top of this fantastic experience.

Great selection and fantastic service
Music shops have been disappearing so it has been harder to find certain pedals. fxpedalplanet came up as pretty much the only UK stockist for something I was after, so I tried them out. So glad I did. I got exactly what I was after and very quickly too. Pedal arrived in a well protected box and had been qift wrapped with free plectrums and a little thank you card. Top service I will definitely be using them again. I just need a bigger pedal board now!

I've been following fxpedal planet for a long time on social media and finally got around to ordering a new overdrive pedal from them, when my old pedal finally gave up on me.

Mezzabarba skill 30 amp and separate cab.
I purchased the above from Steve which are made to order. It's always a bit scary paying for an item of this cost up front from an on-line store but I needn't of worried as Steve made the whole process easy, with a professional manner and great communication throughout. The amp is sublime in every aspect. Well done Steve. Highly recommended. Stuart.
