unhelpful customer support
spend a solid 2 weeks with customer support regarding a missing icon pack in fc27 and instead of fixing the issue they ended up refunding me and locking me out of the account (to which my ea account is linked to)

Id like to rate my experience buying VP for valorant the purchase was made like 2/3months ago it was 11k points for 70$ i heard some buyers might refund nd u would lost the valorat points nd the valo account but with the buyer i purchased it was instant and 3 months later i still have my account nd 7k valorant points(the other 4k alredy got used to buy skins) (sunrise was the buyer) (sry for my english)

Scammed me
Seller scammed me. They wrote a wrong listing for what I was given by a seller. The only way to cancel an order on this site is "account not received" which is not true but if I don't get something as advertised then what's the point. I'll take my money to your competitors
