⭐ 1/5

⭐ 1/5 — BEWARE OF G2G! I LOST $250 AND THEY REFUSE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY! I strongly recommend that anyone considering using G2G think twice before trusting this company with their money or gaming accounts. After a transaction through their marketplace, I experienced fraudulent activity involving my Steam account that resulted in a $250 loss. I immediately reported the situation to G2G, provided information about what happened, and asked them to investigate and help recover my money. Their response? Essentially, "Not our problem. Contact Steam or your bank." Yes, they refunded my original G2G order, but that does absolutely NOTHING to address the additional $250 I lost in connection with this incident. What makes this even more frustrating is their complete unwillingness to offer any meaningful assistance or compensation beyond the original refund. Instead of taking ownership of the situation and thoroughly addressing my concerns, they simply closed the matter and passed responsibility to someone else. What good is a marketplace if customers are left dealing with potentially fraudulent sellers and financial losses on their own? I've been a customer for years, and this is how they treat someone who reports a serious issue involving their platform. BUYER BEWARE! If something goes wrong involving your gaming account or money, don't assume G2G will have your back. Based on my experience, once they issue a refund for the original purchase, they consider their responsibility finished, regardless of the additional losses you've suffered. I lost $250, received no compensation for that loss, and was left to deal with the consequences myself. Extremely disappointing customer service, terrible handling of a serious fraud complaint, and a complete loss of trust in this company. I will NEVER use G2G again, and I strongly advise others to consider the risks before doing business with them.

G2G Is Withholding My $966.63 — Six-Month Restriction Passed, Still No Clear Resolution

I am extremely disappointed with the way G2G is handling my remaining balance of $966.63. G2G permanently revoked my selling privileges, citing what it described as misleading product listings. I understand that a marketplace has the right to enforce its rules. However, the issue I am raising is separate: the continued restriction on withdrawing the money remaining in my account. Under Ticket #5360843, G2G informed me that my withdrawal permission would be restricted for six months, provided there were no customer complaints. That six-month period has now passed, yet I am still unable to withdraw my $966.63. I contacted support again under Ticket #5897522 and was told that my funds remain on hold as a security measure. However, I have not received a specific explanation of how long the hold will continue, what outstanding issue justifies it, or what conditions I must satisfy to recover my eligible balance. My account dashboard still displays $966.63 as “Available Balance,” while support tells me that my account is not eligible for withdrawal. This inconsistency needs a clear explanation. I have already contacted customer support and followed the process provided to me. I am not asking G2G to restore my selling privileges or bypass legitimate buyer-protection measures. I am asking for a transparent, documented decision about the money remaining in my account. I am publicly documenting this experience because my previous attempts to obtain a clear answer have not resolved the issue. I believe customers and sellers should be able to understand why their funds are being withheld, what rules apply, and what steps are required to reach a resolution. I am requesting that G2G escalate this case to a team with the authority to review fund restrictions and provide a meaningful response addressing these specific points: Why is my $966.63 balance still being withheld after the communicated six-month period? Are there any outstanding complaints, refunds, disputes, or other liabilities associated with my account? What specific policy allows the continued hold, and what conditions must be met for the funds to be released? If any portion of my balance is eligible for withdrawal, why has that portion not been released? If there is a legitimate reason for continuing to hold the funds, I expect a clear explanation rather than another generic statement that my account is ineligible for withdrawal. If the applicable conditions have been satisfied, I ask G2G to take the necessary steps to release my eligible balance without further unnecessary delay. I hope G2G will recognize the seriousness of this situation, review the full history of Tickets #5360843 and #5897522, and demonstrate its commitment to transparent and fair treatment by providing a concrete resolution. I am looking for action, a clear explanation, and a defined path to recovering my remaining funds—not another unanswered question.

This website opens a easy way to get…

This website opens a easy way to get stuff cheaper from different sellers and if you buy from the good rated high level sellers the possibility that you will be scammed is pretty low and the levels and the seller rating makes it easy to tell who is a good seller. but there are of course sellers with 70level good seller rank scamming who has a 60% rating and g2g doesnt seem to deal with that. but overall its a great site but doesnt deserv the 5 because I had a few scamming situatuions.

Seller Fraud Covered Up by G2G Support (Order #G1773740522760KI)

I am extremely disappointed with G2G. A seller named KingShoppie explicitly scammed me on Order #G1773740522760KI (YouTube Premium). The seller provided a written warranty in the official G2G chat stating they would fix any future issues. Instead, they pulled an exit-scam and disappeared entirely from the platform (Last seen 3 months ago). When I reached out to G2G customer care (Ticket ID: 5892357), multiple support agents (Aisha, Sophie, Diana) completely brushed me off with copy-pasted templates, claiming "completed orders aren't eligible for refunds." G2G is actively protecting fraudulent sellers who wait out the initial protection period and run away with buyers' money. Is this what "GamerProtect" stands for? I demand a senior manager to review my chat logs and issue a partial refund immediately.

i did bought an smurf valorant account…

i did bought an smurf valorant account and 2/3 months later the previous owner regain acces to it nd resell it to some1 else i had proof of the situation i contacted the new buyer nd yet they did nothing and still the support didnt care bc it was after they 14 days garantee i could understand not getting refounded due to that (still would be mad but would understand) but they didnt do shit to the seller nd hes still selling and most probably scamming and this is what annoys me

Horrendous seller

Horrendous seller, it’s a team of a few people I think cuz it keeps coming online and I see it everywhere, order not even delivered and keep leaving on read, need to keep pressuring to deliver the order, pretty sure all the good reviews are all bots or something, and talking to the person is like talking to a person with disabilities I have no idea what this person is saying, I keep asking and it just keeps copy and pasting the same exact thing, just buy from someone else, omg. Marks the order as completed when it isn’t even completed so that the person gets the money before even delivering, this is damn stupid. Don’t buy.
