⭐ 1/5 — BEWARE OF G2G! I LOST $250 AND THEY REFUSE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY! I strongly recommend that anyone considering using G2G think twice before trusting this company with their money or gaming accounts. After a transaction through their marketplace, I experienced fraudulent activity involving my Steam account that resulted in a $250 loss. I immediately reported the situation to G2G, provided information about what happened, and asked them to investigate and help recover my money. Their response? Essentially, "Not our problem. Contact Steam or your bank." Yes, they refunded my original G2G order, but that does absolutely NOTHING to address the additional $250 I lost in connection with this incident. What makes this even more frustrating is their complete unwillingness to offer any meaningful assistance or compensation beyond the original refund. Instead of taking ownership of the situation and thoroughly addressing my concerns, they simply closed the matter and passed responsibility to someone else. What good is a marketplace if customers are left dealing with potentially fraudulent sellers and financial losses on their own? I've been a customer for years, and this is how they treat someone who reports a serious issue involving their platform. BUYER BEWARE! If something goes wrong involving your gaming account or money, don't assume G2G will have your back. Based on my experience, once they issue a refund for the original purchase, they consider their responsibility finished, regardless of the additional losses you've suffered. I lost $250, received no compensation for that loss, and was left to deal with the consequences myself. Extremely disappointing customer service, terrible handling of a serious fraud complaint, and a complete loss of trust in this company. I will NEVER use G2G again, and I strongly advise others to consider the risks before doing business with them.
