Its been 21 days since I placed my order. I was told it would only take approximately 2 weeks for my order to be completed. The company has done minimal communication to keep me updated on my order status. The status date still shows December 27th, the date of my original order, on my Gage Diamonds account. No update since then. Your company needs to be more proactive in updating the status of orders, especially since thousands of dollars was spent on this order.
Hi Chozan, as stated on our website and all order confirmation emails, all orders take 10-15 business days to complete, which are Mondays-Fridays, not including holidays. Since you placed your order on December 27th, we've had New Year's Day (recognized on January 2) and Martin Luther King Jr. Day on January 16th. Today marks the 14th business day since your order was placed, however LendFirm notified us on Janaury 6th, midway through production, that they were unable to process a first payment due to incorrect banking information provided on your account, thus pausing production on your item. After 5-business days of an item paused in production, the order is canceled. We only received confirmation from LendFirm that they received updated banking information on January 13th, which is when production restarted on the item, and another 10-15 businesss days. We also have no record of you reaching out to us at any point, but we do have record of you opening our email updating you on the status of your order on January 10th.
