I received notice my order was being processed, followed shortly later by one that my order was being shipped, including a tracking link. The tracking link said my order was on a truck, but then it said the truck was in an accident.
I began to suspect this company was a SCAM and I would never see my order nor a refund. Much to my surprise, I then received a notice they were processing a replacement order, a new tracking link, and a couple of days later, my order.
The doormat is great! I now proudly display it on my front porch.

Negative No Stars not for a company that is faking to be a Veteran affiliate and selling trash hats with monogram haha it’s a iron on lol if that I wish I could post a pic but there is no way on this site don’t be fool by them yes some products are OK but then most are trash and nothing like described. And it in China !!! No VA association at all
