PSN Card - Miserable customer support
After at least 30 successful orders in the last 2 years I was asked to send my ID shot again. ID shot and ID photos uploaded and sent to gamesrocket. No code received after 3 days. Wrote mail to custom support. Answer: didn´t receive anything. Sent documents with ID shot and ID photos again. Answer: Can´t accept Word document, please send jpeg photos. Sent jpeg photos. Answer: please check, order should be closed. Checked order: status "Ebay Check", no code. Wrote again mail to customer support. Support send link for code -> clicked on "download" -> Error on page... Finally received the code, but never seen such miserable, incompetent and bad customer support before!

Einfach aber nicht unkompliziert
It was easy to buy and there are many oportunitys to pay like paypal. The only Thing that i didnt like, was that i had to send my ID-Card to verify my identety. But in all i would recomend it further.
Never ever again.
Never ever again. I just needed a key. Now. Thats why I wanted to buy it online. Took me 24 h to get it. It should be a one star rating but they get two because they are the cheapest I found.
