Dear Nicole, Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We do indeed see that the receiver was not present to receive the bouquet of flowers, and so they were eventually returned to sender. We have sent you an email.

The end result was that we overlooked…
The end result was that we overlooked the aspect of NZ $ vs American dollars and it made the end price a bit more expensive than we actually wanted to spend. A lesson learned

Our champagne was not delivered as FedEx said it had been. But the customer service is always excellent. They found it and it was finally delivered. For that, I appreciate the woman I worked with. The prices are fair and delivery fees minimal. I would recommend the company.
