Well, finally getting a Passport copy they could use was frustrating. Once they had a copy that could be used the rest of the process was seamless.

This experience was easier than trying to get my tourist visa from the website by the Government of Sri Lanka. I could not upload a photo of my passport bio page since it was bigger than 1 MB. I spent a couple hours trying to figure it out, but it still wouldn’t work. I contacted this company and within twelve hours, they had emailed me my tourist visa. It is a hundred dollars more expensive, but it is worth the time and effort. Instead of $40 U.S. dollars through the Government of Sri Lanka website, I paid $139 U.S. dollars through this company. I would highly recommend this service to family and friends who are travelling to Sri Lanka.

Speedy service, clear and immediate replies over instant chat. It was cheaper than the government option, too: I got a non-SAARC visa for Sri Lanka for $59, whereas the government website costs $75 and makes you go through the very long process of shrinking your passport and photograph to 1MB. I sent pictures much weightier than that and got my ETA within 24 hours.

Don't get EVISA here, you pay at least 2x more than a official government website. And the (emergency, rush) is a layer, you get the same speed in the official websites.
