I have ordered from here many times but this time i got disappointed. So i ordered two jerseys, and along with a huge delay, when the order arrived only one came, i have written to gogoalshop twice and have had 0 response for a whole day. You have let me down.
No response, no tracking, massive delays. Over 2 weeks and still processing an order. I have emailed both contacts on the site but no reply. *Update* order shipped 18 days after purchase. Will not receive for est 15-20 more days! 5 week turn around.
Always buy jerseys from this website, amazing quality and customer server is amazing
I have ordered my stuff 2 weeks ago, website said it would take 10-20 days. However after 2 weeks, the tracking order they gave me don’t work, zero track of what and where the order is, and the replies with the customer service takes 24-48 hours. Their ai bot says the order is still on china but god knows… might have been scammed
I wanted to buy some new shirts for the world cup for me and my friends, but when I wanted to pay, my bank blocked my card. After that I called my bank and they said that people were trying to steal my money from hongkong and singapore.
Amazing quality and great customer service. My original package was delayed through customs clearance and they sent me a replacement. Fully recommend
they're the best, I always have very good attention from them, shipments are a bit late but everything right and the quality is very good, excellent I would say. Highly recommended from my side! This is my 4th purchase and every year I make one or two.
Their product is really well made and looks good as the real jerseys. I got like 5 shirts for my birthday and I loved them all. I’ll definitely will buy for jerseys in the future.
The shirts that came were really high quality with really good stitching. However, it took a long time for the shirts to come and one of them ran out of stock, which wasn’t great. They were very understanding though and gave me a different shirt of my choosing. Would buy again.
The website and service are excellent, but what matters most is that the jerseys are completely authentic and fantastic. I highly recommend getting the name and number of your favorite player added.
it says that the order will cme to 2 3 weeks and i am waiting one and a half MONTH and my order is stuck at waiting custom clearance from 1 and a half weeks they are scammers.it came 1 and a half month and its the best quality i have ever seen just amazingg
Hi mike, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the delivery delay. Please note that customs clearance in Greece can occasionally take longer than expected, especially during busy seasons. Our standard delivery timeframe is 10–30 business days, and your package should still arrive within this estimated period. To assist you more efficiently, could you please contact our customer support team or provide your order number/tracking number? We will gladly check the current status and help resolve the issue as soon as possible. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding and are here to support you every step of the way. Kind regards, GoGoalShop Support Team
Amazing quality. If i could give 6 stars i would. It is 100% worth the price. The customer service is so so helpful, i accidentally ordered the wrong size but i contacted them and they intercepted my package for me. Amazing. Took 19 days to come but worth it.
My order was delayed and the first shirt arrived in poor condition, but after reviewing my concern, the company offered me a new kit. I appreciate their quick response and willingness to make things right.
Really good quality of jerseys they are worth the price and beautiful kits
Ordered the viral barca away kit from this site and it was perfect! This Barça away kit is super clean. The all–black base makes the red Spotify logo and the subtle badge pop perfectly, while the red and blue side panels keep that classic Barça identity alive. The details on the back, like the UNHCR logo and the Catalan flag stripes at the collar, give it a nice touch of meaning too. Overall, it’s one of those jerseys that feels both sharp and modern—easy to wear casually and still bold enough to stand out.
I have been buying from Gogoalshop for years and they never let me down. When will you have the Arsenal 3rd shirt.
The quality is excelent and the shipping is also very fast. For the price it's actually amazing
