Hi Maxwell, To clarify the process and timing of redemption requests made via an ACH payment to a bank checking account typically take 2 to 3 business days to process after you have submitted your request. This means a redemption request made on a Monday will not arrive in a checking account until Wednesday or Thursday and a withdrawal request made on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will not be received in a bank account until the following Tuesday or Wednesday.
That said, our Accounting Team often processes them faster and if you bank accepts and credits ACH transactions quickly there is a good likelihood that you will get it the day before the date noted in the confirmation email.
I didnt really profit from the recent cashout. I cashed out $2000 but I lost about $2000. When asked by my gaming friends I must be honest. I don't think they're impressed. Yes I spent $50 in the game today and finally won $50 in trying to cash out but it says that my redemption level was full and when I go to redemptions I've never redeemed it anything. I've spent more money in the game in the past but I've never made enough to redeem. I like that it has five card draw that I play with my dad but I'm supposed to be able to cash out. I have picture proof but I can't upload them on here
