I didn't like the Quoted Spot Price…

I didn't like the Quoted Spot Price since it was explained that it is set at 20% over current price. If that is the case then my Rounds I bought today should be at least $4.20 lower than I was charged. The Market price at the time of my purchase was $84.20.

Aaron, We appreciate your feedback and would like to clarify a few things. The price you were quoted was not the spot price as the market dictates the spot price, not Goldline or any other dealer. You were quoted the unit price for a 1 oz Buffalo round which has a 20% spread. The spread is the difference between the buy price and the sell price of the Goldline product at the time of purchase, not the spot price itself. All of this is properly explained in our Account Agreement which you previously signed when you made your last purchase and the same pricing as your last purchase. If you didn’t like that the spot price of silver dropped today, that’s another conversation. Either way, please note that since the required updated Account Agreement was not signed, the transaction was canceled. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify how our pricing works and hope this helps.
