Golf pride tour velvet
Excellent company all round, I use them for almost all my golf gear. As for the grips have been using them for years and although I've tried others from wraps to chords the tour velvet offer the best feel and lasting tackiness of any grip. Only grip I would recommend
Difficult communication
I bought a golf bag,it was very good value and a quick delivery. There was a problem with the address shown but I couldnt get hold of anyone to explain. I was concerned about adverse comments regarding delays and lack of communication. Had it not been for that problem this was easily a 5 star transaction and it should be said that the product and delivery were as agreed.

Bad costumer service. Don't reply on email, I don't known if I will receive my purchase at all. If I buy my stuff somewhere else, I might end up with too..

Absolutely unacceptable customer service
My clubs were stolen during transportation, and it has been impossible to get any reply from the customer service. I have no idea if they have started to produce new custom fitted clubs or not. It is simply impossible to reach them. Money has been withdrawn from my credit card, and I have no idea if/when I will get my clubs. I have bought things from them before, and then everything was ok, but this is unacceptable

Golf club goods
Purchased goods on line then had email Asking for bank ref code !! This was a worry as the phone line did not answer but found a web site contact direct to shop they helped and explained due to change of address ie work this was why !! Stress full until then as I had paid in full but goods arrived and happy with product Very
Missing items I ordered
Never received all items I ordered and was charged for the item I did not receive.. Email golf store Europe to notify them of what had happened, still waiting for a reply three days later...

I ordered a 11 wood hot x2 and received a 11 wood hot x emailed the company 3 days ago and have not heard from them at all not very happy
PATHETIC
I HAVE WAITED FOR OVER A MONTH FOR MY GOLF CLUB! I NEED IT BADLY BUT THEY DONT EVEN HAVE A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL. SEVERAL EMAILS HAVE BEEN SENT AND NOW THEY SAY I WAIT FOR IT AND THEY WILL SEND A GIFT. SURELY, SHOULD I KEEP WAITING AND DREAMING FOR ITEMS I HAVE NOT RECEIVED? EVEN A REFUND IS NOT A RESPECTFUL GESTURE NOW
Great discounted prices and prompt overall service except for minor confusion on custom fit select process.
GSE customer service is overall honest and very helpful in their responses. I was immediately given a refund on a 2nd order shipping cost of a #4 Mizuno JPX EZ Hybrid I missed in the 1st order of iron set. I requested that the 2 orders be combined in a single parcel. May need some adjustments online in regards to shaft type selection process which is a bit confusing for 1st time customers as it does not give you a standard choice for a "graphite" in lieu of XP105 (Steel shaft) if you decide to choose 2014 Orichi Regular Graphite under Flex selection. Flex weight should also be included with the type of graphite in Regular or Senior as regular flex may vary from 65 to 90 grams for Mizuno.
Very Unhappy with the Customer Service
I ordered a new Cobra Fly Hybrid 7 and paid through Paypal. The money was taken the next day but the product has still not been dispatched 8 days later. Now I can see on this company's reviews that there is a mix between excellent and terrible but their non communication is unacceptable. Every attempt I have made to contact them has failed apart from one auto reply e mail with no explanation. Gives me the impression that the business may have gone under.
