I have bought golf equipment from Amazon, Direct Golf etc. over internet for a number of years and not had any difficulty with purchases. I recently bought trousers and sent them back - refund promised but not yet forthcoming - over a week has passed. I also bought a GPS over two weeks ago and it has not been despatched from warehouse. Getting in contact with Golf Store Europe is almost impossible - my faith is turning to concern. Be wary!!!
Appalling customer service. Only one response to many emails chasing my garment and phone calls just go to voicemail, which are never answered or responded to. Finally, garment was allegedly in stock and therefore should have been despatched within 24 hours, guaranteed. Garment finally arrived nearly three weeks later. This service is not sustainable.
